Odyssey Villas is a 32 unit complex of apartments and town homes designed to serve families that are transitioning from homelessness. We offer 2,3, and 4-bedroom apartment and town homes located in the Vine City community of Atlanta, GA, in close proximity to public transportation. Odyssey Villas offers supportive services including case management and on-site family enrichment activities designed to improve the overall quality of life for program participants.
Community Concerns, Inc., through its flagship program, Odyssey III, has carefully crafted a complete program for addressing the needs and concerns of area homeless citizens. Beginning with a competent staff of professionals, residents meeting the required criteria are offered the following services to assist them on "the journey" from homelessness to permanent housing and self-sufficiency:
ODYSSEY III
The Odyssey Oasis is the transitional living program designed for single adults. Through this program, we offer affordable housing in convenient locations around the Atlanta area. These houses have furnished Single Room Occupancy units with shared restroom and kitchen accommodations. We offer male and female housing (no-co-ed living) in safe, drug free environments.
ODYSSEY VILLAS
Odyssey III is the flagship program of Community Concerns, Inc. Designed to provide housing, case management, and supportive services for the homeless, this program has served the Metropolitan Atlanta area since 1988
Odyssey III serves as the administrative headquarters for Community Concerns Inc., and operates as a feeder program for the housing that we offer.
Odyssey III also collaborates with various mainstream and homeless service agencies and provides information and referral services for those identified as programs with a similar mission and outreach programs to benefit the homeless population.
